tweet n get money?
RevTwt is an advertising and pay-per-click membership program run by internet marketer James Simpson that works through posting ads on the popular social networking site, Twitter. Members of this site display ads on Twitter through their accounts and this program pays every time someone clicks on that ad or signs up for an offer through the ad.
RevTwt is a program that is run on a pretty simple premise. You sign up with the program, browse the ads that are listed on their site, choose which ads you want to display on Twitter, and schedule them to be displayed. When someone clicks on any of the ads that you display on Twitter through your account, you get paid a certain amount.
There are different kinds of ads that you can display on Twitter through RevTwt. There are the standard ads, cost-per-thousand ads and cost-per-action ads. The cost-per-action ads can tend to pay more, since anyone who clicks on the link for this type of ad that you provide on Twitter must supply some information before you can get credited.
RevTwt seems is getting good feedback from the people who’ve used it. Of course, those with the most followers on Twitter are going to see the best results. Reports from members of this program are that they do pay, and in a timely manner. That’s an important thing. If you have a good Twitter following, this program might be worth looking into.

New Update From Economic Downturn
Every year more than 1,200,000 Americans file for protection under the federal bankruptcy laws. Some have abused their credit or are financially irresponsible. However, some people who try to pay all of their bills can find themselves in financial trouble. Medical bills, a divorce or the loss of a job can quickly wipe out a life’s savings. For these individuals, bankruptcy can provide a second financial chance. At the same time, debt-settlement may be an alternative that can be assessed with an attorney in order to avoid bankruptcy at all cost.
If you have any questions regarding bankruptcy and debt settlement, contact one of our debt settlement attorneys.
What is bankruptcy?
Bankruptcy can allow a debtor relief from excessive debt by providing a fresh start. You are able to discharge some or all of your debt and it allows you time to get back on your feet without harassment by creditors. Bankruptcy laws can also benefit creditors by giving them a means to collect at least partial payment of a debt in a timely manner.
Filing for bankruptcy is a difficult decision. For some it carries a stigma of failure or irresponsibility. In fact, the majority of people who file for bankruptcy intend to pay their bills but can’t. By filing for bankruptcy, you are given a clean slate, free of the stress that results from financial problems. Before making such a decision it is important to speak with a bankruptcy attorney. In many cases the bankruptcy attorney will suggest to attempt debt-settlement and will refer you to a debt-settlement attorney for adequate representation.
Debt settlement
Debt arbitration is a legal process that facilitates the negotiation of debt settlement between the debtor and the creditor. It is evident that numerous people are not able to pay back their debts even though they have the intention to pay. For this reason debt settlement is an alternative to negotiate with the creditors in order to reduce current outstanding balances by a certain percentage.
The following are some common bankruptcy and debt settlement terms
* Bankruptcy Act
* Bankruptcy Court
* Bankruptcy Trustee
* Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
* Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
* Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
* Debtor
* Creditor
If you have any questions regarding debt settlement or if you need legal advice, contact one of our debt settlement attorneys.

PayPal Increased Fees Hoping No One Would Noticed
It seems that PayPal has quietly increased their fees in order to increase their revenue flow. The added fee hikes took place in June, but were not immediately known until after PayPal starting charging for the increase. But according to this article there is more to this besides higher fees.
Over at ars technica they state the following information:
What PayPal failed to do was inform users of the fact thatany transfer having to do with goods or services will be charged the 3¢ + 2.9 percent fee no matter who or where it’s coming from. This includes payments sent from personal accounts as well as
payments made after someone has sent you a request for payment (even if that request has nothing to do with goods or services).
For example, a personal account sending another personal account money for a one-time payment for, say, mowing your lawn was not previously charged any fees on either side, but is now charged the usual transaction fee (the sender gets to decide who pays). The only way to avoid this is by selecting “gift” when making the transfer—something you can’t do if you’re following through on a purchase or invoice from someone. And, if you fall into this category (which many people do), it’s likely that you had no idea about the changes until just now.
Well, it appears as if the lack of a “huge formal communication” has now begun to anger users, as it comes off as a shady way to hide the addition of fees to mass numbers of transactions. Sure, users would have been irritated either way, but doesn’t PayPal know that the way to handle bad PR is to be the first one to control the message? People value openness and transparency—especially when bad news is involved. Now, those controlling the message are other, ticked off users, and that won’t be an easy one to clean up after.
It is interesting how PayPal thought that no one would notice. In this day and age when corporate America is coming under fire for incompetence, it is good to see that PayPal is playing follow the leader. LOL

Internet Businesses- Opportunity Abounds
People are struggling in our current economy. Many are looking for ways to work at home and make money online. Opportunities to make extra money are in high demand. There is no shortage of advertised opportunities to earn money from home. The internet is teaming with companies that report that they have the answer to how to make money without leaving your home. Many such businesses cannot deliver on their promises or are outright scams. Diligent research and persistence, however, can mean finding legitimate opportunities.
ClickBank is an online retail outlet that makes a sale somewhere in the world every three seconds. It is one of the internet's most highly trafficked websites and processes more than 26,000 transactions each day. More than 12,000 digital product vendors and nearly 100,000 active affiliate marketers have found success via Clickbank marketing. Clickbank affiliates are websites that add products or services to their websites and earn commissions on sales that originate from their site. This program offers effective ways to make money both directly and indirectly. The company was founded in 1998 and is available in 200 countries throughout the world. Some with a true entrepreneurial spirit want to strike out on their own by creating an internet business. The most successful of these concentrate on what have come to be known as the three C's which are commerce, content and connection. Commerce is, of course, about selling. Content is your product and connection is about how you market your product. Making money, specifically making money online, is all about marketing. Those that have gone before and found success have a wealth of internet marketing tips to offer newcomers to the arena. Marketing products online is about instant response. It brings together the creative and technical aspects of the internet via design, advertising, development and sales.

New Kind Of Streaming Media
Leapfish is a type of metasearch site known as a search aggregator.Search aggregators compile and list the results taken from other search engines, in addition to providing their own content (generally in the form of advertising or result positioning based on internal algorithms.
In the case of LeapFish, the top results of any given search can be advertisements, where an individual or company can pay a registration fee to LeapFish to be positioned at the top of the result list in response to certain keyword searches.
Controversy
The new Leapfish has had a mixed reception from users of sitepoint forums, from bloggers and other regular web users.
On February 3rd, 2009 the online blog TechCrunch posted evidence of LeapFish sales representatives intentionally abusing the Google's pay-per-click model against potential customers. The CEO of LeapFish's parent company, DotNext, confirmed the sales representative's actions, but announced that the representative was no longer employed by the company.
The company has also been accused of astroturfing(Note, in particular, the comment from Robin Wauters on November 20th, 2008 at 12:57 pm PST), and spamming.
As opposed to other Search Engines, such as Google or Yahoo which appear to favour web based sales, Leapfish keywords are largely sold via aggressive telemarketing[11] operation which has not been without friction with the online community. The telemarketing team consists of 80 sales persons.
